Vacancy management

Your home may be vacant for a longer period of time. It is then desirable that the house is checked with some regularity to see if everything is still in order. We provide periodic checks in which we immediately inform you of the state of affairs by means of a recording report.

The periodic vacancy check consists of:

At Solencasa you pay a fixed rate of €349 per year including VAT for the management of your holiday home throughout the year, including vacancy management and 1 free check-in and check-out. You pay €49.50 for each subsequent check-in and check-out time. If we assume an average of 10 check-in and check-out moments, of which 1 is already included in the fixed monthly or annual rate, you only pay € 445.50 extra for the check-in and check-out moments for holiday rentals.

This means that at Solencasa you pay a total amount of €349 + €445.50 = €794.50 including VAT per year for the management of your holiday home throughout the year and 10 check-in and check-out times for holiday rentals. This saves you no less than € 2,000 – € 794.50 = € 1,205.50 per year at Solencasa compared to other property managers.
